  • Top 3 meals of my life! Most celebrity chef's restaurants in Vegas, I have found to be disappointing and they seem to have more sizzle than steak. Joel Robuchon is the exception! The attention to detail, the service, the food, the presentation...everything was just PERFECT. Bernard Claeys, the General Manager gave me a little tour and told me about Joel Robuchon, the history of the restaurant and their system. He was great and if you watch him operate and see how he adjusts the silverware and greets the guest etc, you will know that he is a big reason why this restaurant is where it is. The service was great. My party was dressed very casually compared to the other guests and the waiters and other staff still made us feel very comfortable. Paul who was our head waiter was awesome. The food was incredible. Every dish was like a piece of art and the flavors were just bursting in my mouth. And the bread, OMG! How do they make bread like this? With the hand churned butter and olive oil...delish. The chocolates for dessert and the pound cake were amazing. I am not a Vegas fan but I am going back just to dine here again!
