  • Bait and Switch: We purchased a groupon deal that included the following: Three spinal decompression sessions and soft tissue work with X-rays (if needed) and one DTS exam However, when we arrived, they refused to give us the compression treatment that we paid for, asked for our insurance information, and converted our groupon into dollars which actually cut our visits to 2. Finally, they tried to sell us on 40 visits of chiropractic adjustments INSTEAD of the decompression we paid for to cure our supposed issue using our insurance. We asked on 3 separate occassions and they refused to give us what we paid for. I've filed a complaint with Groupon and will see what happens. AVOID!! They sell you other services in place of what we actually purchased through groupon.
