  • The Assistant Manager was nice, but the rest of the staff seemed quite incompetent. I had my car professionally detailed and then went for an oil change at this Jiffy Lube location. The technician did not use the paper mats on the floor and got black grease all over my newly cleaned car mats! There was also grease on my leather seats and door handle. Very unprofessional. I guess they are too much in a hurry to take pride or caution in what they do. They said I could come back and they would use some degreaser. Of course, no offer to have them professionally cleaned. So unprofessional!
