  • I love this mall. It's clean, beautifully designed and the people that work there provide amazing customer service. I would like to highlight Coach and the Lucky brand stores specifically for their customer service. I purchased a purse from Coach and at the same time I bought one from the sales person another one bought the same purse and their was only one in the back. The manager of the store, went to another store and drive the purse out to my house on a Sunday!! I was extremely impressed. At Lucky, I was struggling to find jeans that fit comfortably. As we age, things settle different around the waistline , am I right ??? (Regardless of how many planks or Pilates classes ). Anyways, I was feeling rather self conscious about the whole thing (bc I had to go up a size and the shallow-vain side of my brain was screaming NOOOOOOO......YOU WILL SQUEEZE INTO YOUR PREPERIMENOPAUSAL SIZE OR ELSE". The customer service person was so incredibly helpful and really helped me find some jeans that worked with my figure rather than me trying to stuff my figure into a pair of jeans. Thank you so much to both stores. I love going to Yorkdale !!
