Purchased Groupon - they refused to accept it per the terms that I agreed to and paid for in advance of booking. I made an online appointment for this Saturday. The business called to verify appointment and refused to accept my Groupon because she says that the Groupon is only valid Monday through Friday. There is nothing that says this. She said it is Groupon's fault because they asked for these stipulations to be added to all of their Groupons listed. It is for my daughter's birthday, which is Saturday, so I don't want an appointment for another day. This should have been handled between Groupon and Foxy Faces. The customer should not be the one that has to pay for miscommunication between the two businesses. Had I known they would not accept Saturday appointments, I would have spent my money elsewhere. Now I am out of luck since refunds come within 10 business days which means they just took $80 out of my pocket to spend on her birthday celebration.
