  • Mike (the owner) is fantastic to work with. Extremely nice and professional. When he came out to our house to bring samples, he asked us questions ahead of time to make sure that he had all the samples available to cover what we wanted. During the consultation there was no hard selling or upselling. He simply explained the various pros and cons of different choices and gave us space and time to select the color and style we wanted. The installers he hires are only the best and most experienced installers in the valley (the ones who came to our house had been in installing carpet for almost 40 years and have worked for Mike for over a decade), and Mike personally stopped by during the installation to check that everything was exactly what we ordered and that the installation was going smoothly. When he noticed that we didn't have door guides on two of our closet doors, he got two brand new sets from his truck and installed them free of charge. There are a lot of carpet installation companies out there (and most of them do not have great reviews). But Mike takes great pride in his customer service and his reputation. Trust me - this is the guy you want to call for new flooring.
