  • I made arrangements with Cindy to have furniture picked up from a storage unit. She recommends Family movers for a fee of $150.00. They arrived at the storage unit, broke my mirror, and left me stranded with all the furniture in the hallway of the storage unit. Family movers decided to cancel my move after asking them to place my items back in the storage just as they found them and I would need to be compensated for damages. Iconsign was well aware of the issue as it was taking place and nothing was done on either end. It's a shame that both company's refuse to take ownership of the mess they had created for me. Not to mention the fact that I had to put everything back in storage with very little help. To all you folks out there, don't ever make arrangements with Iconsign to have your furniture picked up by this family movers. They are a joke. Both companies! I wouldn't take anything to the store for consignment ever or recommend them to anyone. In response to your comment, Cindy: I said he was out of shape and didn't have the ability to lift the mirror by himself. He broke the mirror and its unbelievable how you are changing the entire story. You were not there. And you too are talking out of place. You recommended them and set up pick up time. You literally shoved them down my throat. These people wanted to shove my stuff in storage without wrapping it. They found it that way, they should put it back that way. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot, you would be extremely angry. And maybe you would be using abusive language. Really, yesterday you were so apologetic about everything I went through, today you are bashing me for being angry about what you and the movers put me through. It's just like our country, and folks like you. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions!!!! That's your company and family movers. Shame on you!
