Dr. Anast and his staff have treated my parents' pets for 30+ years. My parents retired in Las Vegas, and as they aged (i.e., into their late 80s and 90s), they told me they didn't need appointments; Dr. Anast told them they could just drop in. I drove my father there once with his latest dog Chloe and mentioned that to the staff (they shook their heads, no). But Dr. Anast and his staff still greeted my parents warmly and treated them very kindly, although their drop-in visits were obviously not convenient. Sadly, my father passed away and my mother cannot take care of Chloe, so I am moving her to Seattle. I just called them to check on Chloe's age and health status and checked Yelp for their hours, and thought I should leave a review. I very much appreciated the great care provided for my parents' animals (many dogs and one feral cat), and the kindness and generosity they showed my parents throughout the years.
