  • LMBO. In response to Sir Michael, you mad cause the truth is being told?? Prime example of the rudeness we have experienced these last two years WHILE LIVING HERE. No humility, no apology, just wants to argue like you did to the other 1 star review you received on your horrible customer service. I don't even know who you are, probably Phil hidding behind a fake name, but 1st of all, my mother, the one who owned the house from out of state the 8 years you speak of did have a problem with yall... check your records, she canceled service with you because this wasn't the first time she received bad customer service even while being out of state. So yea.. to repeat what you said, she lives out of state so of course she wouldn't have to deal with your lies and rudeness as often as we did. UNREAL how you're the business and won't take ownership for your fault. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Bottom line. No one said the bird was in there at the time you came, just wanted you to reinforce your cage and the additional hole the birds were coming in and out of. MY review is MY experience. Defend your rude business all you want, it's not going to erase my experience, that's what Yelp is for. Anyways... I recommended RESPONSIBLE pest control for anyone in Maricopa. :) great customer service, even better work. They actually spend more than 2 minutes on the property doing their job!
