  • The absolute WORST customer service I've encountered especially from the OWNER of the business. Picked up a preordered cake for a special event. They PRINT not WRITE on the cake! WHO PRINTS ON A CAKE?? Further, the name of the person was misspelled - they "Sindy" instead of "Cindy."OMG. Stay away from this place with the lack of quality and arrogant attitude of the owner telling me he didn't want to speak with because I was upset. Who wouldn't be upset with this crap? I left without the cake for a special friend. How sad but, this place will NEVER get a penny from me.
