As far as cycling studios go I would say that this one is just okay especially when compared with other studios. The room with the bikes is dark, small and hot (I didn't see a single fan) as compared with Soul Cycle and Full Psycle. The lights get turned on and off, and the music is loud but besides that there's nothing to look at besides the instructor. At other studios they have intelligent computer programs which track your progress on a large screen. You can compete against yourself or others in the class. This studio doesn't have anything like that, on top of that the computer on my bike was broken. If you take a spin class at lifetime fitness they project beautiful views on the screen or even turn around and face your bike out the window. Xcycle does have a beautiful facility (outside of the spinning room) and hot motivating instructors if that is what you're looking for go for it.
