  • I really want to like this location. I can't give it any more than 2 stars: 1 star for barista Fury and 1 star for decent bold drip. I have been to this location many, many times and almost always walk away unhappy. I order decaf americano for my mom, why does it always hit the bar as regular? I always have issues redeeming my reward at this location. .. unless Ms. Fury is at the register. I come to Starbucks with expectations. I don't think I expect too much, but the employees at this location make me feel bad. For wanting exactly what I ordered? For expecting to not pay for an add on to my FREE reward? Starbucks, I don't want to come to this location anymore. Please ask your employees to pay attention to customer orders and not ARGUE about an add on to a reward. Just correct it please. Enjoy, when the one nice barista is working.
