  • Holly is definitely the trendiest, Asian hairstylist around the East Valley area. I know it sounds weird to say "Asian hairstylist," but those of you with naturally black hair like mine that's stubborn when curling, styling, etc you'll know what I'm talking about! She's very detailed with what you want and I always feel so comfortable talking to her! I mean it helps that I can speak Vietnamese, but nonetheless she's great. She knows what she's doing, so listen to her recommendations! I contacted her through text messaging, asking her for prices and available items. She doesn't reply really quickly, but she'll get to you. I came in on a Sunday last month with a 2pm appointment and the salon was pretty crowded, so I had to wait a bit. I wanted a balayage & ombré that looked natural, so she recommended chocolate brown. I came in with some pics for reference as well. She applied the dye to my head (I have a TON of hair), I waited, then washed and left with some treatment, then drying and curl. Total of 3 hours. I wasn't thrilled with it at first because some parts looked OVER dyed with harsh lines, but it washed out within a few days with some nice shampoo&conditioner. My roots are already growing out after a month but it doesn't look strange at all! I DEFINITELY recommend Holly! She's so sweet and professional. :)
