I stayed at this particular hotel on my birthday about a week ago. I was expecting a fun and stress free trip.
Well....
Upon my arrival at the Hotel, I was given a room that had not been cleaned in any way. The bed had not been made, the previous guest towels were still on the floor - this room was not ready for prime time at all. I immediately went to the Front desk and was given a different room, however the agent mentioned to another agent that this room had been reserved specifically for me and that it was "ready". Obviously it was not. Later that day I received a gift bag with a $20 voucher for the Courtyard next door, which I did not get a chance to use. (Giving back some points would have been better, in my opinion).
The room is a bit dated with older CRT tvs. Not trying to sound like a diva, but most hotels have flat screens nowadays. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The shuttle drivers were very nice and timely.
However, because of the major major snafu at the beginning, I probably will not return to this property on my next trip to Vegas. I mean, who gives someone a room that hasn't been touched in any way? And yes, I have uploaded photos to show what greeted me when I arrived.
