  • Extremely disappointed, tonight is the last night time I will ever give this place money. We placed an order through Postmates for crispy rolls, 2 chicken phos and a side of rice, got charged around $33 for everything. We received our food and noticed they forgot 1 of the phos. Mind you this happens constantly at Pho Cao and we're always having to drive back for something they forgot. Anyway, we called to tell them they forgot 1 pho and like any business with good customer service they would acknowledge their mistake and try to fix the situation, that was the complete opposite here. The OWNER started getting very angry and arguing on the phone about how it's Postmates fault and we need to call them when clearly it wasn't, we then said we had no problem driving over to get the 1 pho they forgot and he just continued to argue with us and be rude. After about 10 minutes of the OWNER being extremely unprofessional and extremely rude we told him we will not be going to his establishment any longer and hung up. There are plenty of good places that serve great pho that don't have owners who are crooks.
