Decor: modern Asian lunch counter. Apps: chicken karaage was 90% fat and gristle; the gyoza tasted just like you'd expect. Condiments: The soy sauce on the table was quite frankly the saltiest either of us have ever tasted. No sriracha sauce, but they offered their own version for a dollar. Ramen: The miso and tonkatsu ramen broth had very good flavor and the noodles were cooked properly. The chashu was nothing more than fat held together by collagen. Pretty gross. Overall, this is a ramen joint and the ramen is good. The proteins were horrible on our visit. We might give them another shot for the noodles.
