  • most unprofessional staff. You think when you pay a couple hundred dollars more you would get better service and not have ghetto neighbors, wrong. Calling the office nobody ever answers the phone. I would leave messages ,wait days with no return calls. I had to call on bell, the owners of the property. Our neighbor tried to sexually assaulted my wife while I was at work. I called police then let the complex know. They did nothing. This is after countless noise complaints by all the neighbors on him. he would sit outside all day with music up. complex did zero. Marsha once crew left their trash outside our steps after working on another unit, even leaving food bags near my car. I told the complex and they questioned me on how i knew it was them. Instead of just looking into it. like get off you butt and come look at your crew. just so unprofessional save 200 and go across the street to Vaseo apartments. I left there thinking I willnspend 200 more but get better neighbor and a professional staff not go backwards
