  • I have never been treated so horribly as I was by this practice. I came to them seeking answers and the doctor said she did not want to be my doctor anymore because I asked to reschedule because I was not told to I would not be able to wear any makeup to the appointment and I did not have time to go home and grab it before work. If I were not one of the bosses at work it would be no big deal. The receptionist said it was no big deal and then Dr Shannon Heck all of a sudden came out and simply said she did not want to be my dr. Keep in mind that I had not been to this practice for over 5 years. I didn't even realize who she was at first. I was so shocked and confused. I had had a very bad allergic reaction over the weekend and was trying to get some answers. Also, the PA, who was also named Brittanv, was very cold and rude. I will never go back.
