I went to return a purchase of a Roku Tv because it had a wierd black line running thru the middle and they said my return was declined. I was so confused and he said it was out of his hands and when I spoke to the manager she said the same thing that I have to call corporate. I barely bought it on Tuesday 2 days ago. Now I'm stuck with a tv that doesn't work and had to pay for I hope this gets fixed
So finally the manager Joe was able to help me out and get it all taken care of thanks so much Joe
