  • I am not sure what rating to give as the appointment I made on March 14th at 6:11 pm was never entered into their system ;thus, I was not able to have the appointment. Typically they call and confirm, as I was preparing to leave my house I called them, no record to be found. This is very disappointing, I had this appointment for twelve days and would have made arrangements with another salon if I known this was the case. Update: The manager was to have called me about this situation. He did not.
