I would give 2.5 stars if I could. I lived there for one year and here is a summary of my impression.
Location and views: 4 stars. It could've been 5 but the constructions in front of the building for a couple of months made it a less desirable place.
Cost: Expensive. Over a hundred dollars for the parking garage, and once you rent it you have to pay for it for the remaining period of your rent. The pool is outside and closed for a long period of your rent. They forward the deposit to your address after one month.
Decoration: 2 stars inside the apartment. The ceiling could have been way better if they spend some money on it. However, the entrance and other facilities where they attract visitors especially with the new renovations worth 5 stars.
Staff: 3 stars they are not rude, but they need to improve the way they address tenant needs. For example, I booked the elevators in one of the weekdays and I assumed the booking was for the entire day. I was surprised that somebody else booked the elevator that day and took precedence and I had to wait until they finished moving. That was frustrating, they could've at least called us to let us know ahead of time. If we hired people to help us with the move, I doubt they will pay for the 2 hours of waiting.
Maintenance: 2 stars. I called them to fix the air conditioning at least 3 times.
