This hotel is horrible, very dated rooms and the staff and not considered nor do they have any patience, accept for Katlynn. The GM Mr. Shelly not only doesn't listen to his customers he takes his staff word even if he knows their lying. Upon check out the GM approached me at the front desk telling me I damaged the room, because his staff told him so. I asked him to walk back to my room and point out any damages. He refused because he wanted to accept his staff lies and he needed a reason to kick someone black out of his hotel. Since he couldn't prove damages he said he wanted "to cut his losses" and asked us to leave. I told him that after being treated the way I was I have no problem leaving, He and his staff are racist and don't like daily renters and will make up any reasons in the world for them to have a reason to ask you to leave. ASST MANAGER. GINGER, AND DEREK SHELLY are very racist and lie for their own benefit. I'm going to make sure I contact Wyndham corporate and write a full complaint against him and his staff.
