  • I'm still on a Journey to find the Ultimate Wing - there are a lot of places that make Wings but few that have mastered the Art / you have to have homemade Ranch and Blue cheese dressing and a unique Sauce. So I arrived just prior to the Dinner Crowd and was seated quickly - I asked for a house salad with cheese (Cheddar) but it came without - I choose the homemade Bleu Cheese which taste to me like a commercial dressing with added extra Bleu Cheese, it was too think for the amount that was given for this size of salad - I ordered wings and it was suppose to be a garlic base sauce that should give a lot of flavor! I asked for both Ranch and Bleu Cheese for the wings and like the Bleu Cheese with the salad it was too thick to really enjoy with the wings, The Ranch which was fair didn't really excite me but it wasn't bad and better than any commercial brand. The Establishment inside was very nice and the staff was also but the food wasn't unique - Maybe Wings isn't their Thing and to be fair I need to revisit for a burger.
