  • I am posting this review not for staying here but passing thru. I am a local, so we came here to view the fireworks from the RIO's parking structure, since I was across the way at the new Blackout Dining experience. When I first walk into a casino I'm holding my breath because of the cigarette smell. I can tell you I didn't smell cigarette smoke at all. The ceiling is tall I think that helps and the good circulation of air they have going on. Stopped at a free standing bar to order a margarita that I've been dying for. I watched the bartender make my drink, the real deal and worth the $6.75. $4.50 for a Corona. Than you Rio for providing an awesome view of the fireworks from Caesars Hotel. There were locals driving up in their full cars with observers. Rip had security there also. It was a great experience and we felt safe.
