  • They do not call your insurance (when they are in network) which is ILLEGAL. Then they charge you full amount for a visit. Per contract with my insurance, once they take my card they must verify it and run it. These people are unethical, greedy and evading the law. I also heard them talking about me while I was in the room. I was sweet at first so nothing bad but maybe you shouldn't make fun of someone's height ???
