I need my nails done and came with an expectation of good service...
That didn't happen. I was even nice about it. I paid 75 for a polish change on my toes and a full set I was FORCED to get because the girl cut my nails too short (also charging for the nail take-off). I still tipped her 10. I was last so I told her I wasn't really happy but I'd come back if I really couldn't take it.
Well....came back. Told them my nails needed to be filed more. They looked like big globs of acrylic on my nails. She said it would be 45 mins, waited 30 mins in car, came in and was told that it's best they refund me $50 because she had a appointment. "Okay, are you sure?", I ask..."I just need my nails filed". She says yes, figured I wouldn't beg. She also stated that if the other girl couldn't make me happy, she probably couldn't either. Everyone here does nails the same. (?!?!?)EVERYONE KNOWS ALL NAIL TECHS AND BEAUTICIANS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL. So anyway, she says cut off, I said no, soak. As I soak and watch three techs, I request one of them. She said both she and the girl had appts although the one I asked seemed eager. She wouldn't book the appointment for me. She told me to go back to my shop! Lol
I'm sitting in my car trying to figure out what happened...and it's obvious I was caught in a NAIL SHOP WAR! Lol. I was really polite, although I was told I offended the tech (for saying I didn't like it?) I wasn't even persistent or adamant about it. The girl kept asking me about DYNASTY NAILS and the owner, who does my nails. I had nothing but nice things to say. My nail tech was just out of the country.
Anyway, the way I was treated was whack and I may not be their preferred customer type. ....one star for the drinks
