I will give them 3 stars.
Let's start by saying the called and called non stop. Once my insurance recommended them. I was afraid to take my car in because I had a trip planned this 3 day weekend. Buy I was assured 4 weeks was plenty of time to replace my glass. However the constant calls did remind me that I needed to take it in. I hadn't heard anything once I took it in, surprise since they were so anxious to get my car. When I called about the glass repairs, I was told they were sorry but there was to much damage they had to total my car. I was like are you kidding me. Oh my. Then she was like what kind of Honda do you have? Wrong car. They have had my car for weeks but the had just ordered my glass it would be in the following week. But again my car would be ready before my trip. Lynn calls me and car not ready for another week. There went our trip my kids have been waiting two years to go to Disneyland. I told this was not acceptable. I got a call Thursday it would be ready that late afternoon. No call prior to let me know she was going to try to get my car back. I had just cancelled my hotel 1 hour prior. She never called back until Friday left me a message. Then said she would text me but sent me an email. Had she sent me a text I would have picked my car on Friday. Luckily I read my email and was able to get my car Saturday before the 3 day weekend. It is weird though I found two plastic parts in my middle console. I have no idea where they go. But they say Honda. I should save them in case I find where they are from. I guess I need to Thank Lynn. There was a huge storm in LA with 55 mile winds. We probably would not had the best time on our trip. So thanks Lynn.
