  • One star because it won't let me leave zero. Dr. Sina was blunt but whatever, I don't really have an issue with her other than her inept hiring practices. We had to get a referral from the insurance company before making an appointment because it is considered a specialist, so the insurance company refers you to the specialist closest to you. The Silverado office is right down the street from my house, so we were referred to Dr. Sina... The woman who made our appointment had all of our information, including our address, and she disclosed the directions for the office as being on Silverado ranch... She never mentioned that Dr. Sina is only there Mondays and Wednesdays and then is at the green valley location on Tuesdays and Thursdays... So we make an appointment assuming that it's at the Silverado office, since you know, she told us the office was off of Silverado ranch and pollock, but she schedules us on a Thursday... So we show up and there is no one there. Office is locked, there's no signs or anything alerting you of a second location... So I call the phone number to ask what is going on and the person who answers begins to chastise me for going to the wrong location... Saying that they're always very clear about the Silverado location only being open on Mondays and Wednesdays (lies, no one disclosed this when I made the appointment, nor does it list this information anywhere on the website) ... So She tries to tell me that now I'll be missing the appointment that I had to wait months for and that they'll have to reschedule my son for who knows when in the future because they're always booked.... I got extremely upset and told her that I would not be waiting another month or two for an appointment when they were the ones who failed to inform me of a separate location than the one that was mentioned when the appointment was made... She tried to get condescending with me again and say that they would never schedule me for the Silverado location on a Thursday and that it was my error and whatnot and then I told her that I would never knowingly book the green valley location when I could literally walk to the Silverado location from my house ! Then she asked where I lived and confirmed my address and her tone completely changed... She was like "oh wow, I'm sorry ma'am, I don't know why they would book you for green valley when you literally live down the street from the other office... I'll make sure they see you if you can get here in twenty minutes." So off we rushed to get down there in time... We got there and there was a very crowded, very tiny waiting room that has seen better days. For all the money they bill the insurances you'd think they'd update their facility a bit (green valley anyways) ... We waited for s while since we supposedly "missed" our appointment... When we finally went back there the nurse or medical assistant was very pleasant, very good with my son... She helped calm his nerves... Then when the doctor finally came in, she was very blunt, But my son had a lot of cavities despite brushing twice a day, so I understand .... She recommended that we go to the surgery center to put him under for the fillings since he wouldn't sit still during the examination. She told me to go back to the waiting room where someone would help us schedule the surgery and go over all of the insurance stuff but after sitting out there for thirty more minutes, I asked how much longer and they at that moment finally decided to inform me that the person in charge of that had just left for lunch and wouldn't be back for another hour... I could wait or have her call me with the information ... I chose to have her call because I wasn't about to wait another hour ... The scheduling manager, Claudia, is quite possibly the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, and her predecessor was just as inept. The first scheduling person I dealt with kept "forgetting" to send me the email containing all of the information of what I needed to do for my sons upcoming oral surgery. I called probably three or four times trying to get the email sent and nothing ever happened. After getting approval from the insurance company she scheduled me for an appointment in the beginning of June and told me what I had to do in anticipation and kept assuring me she would email me all of the instructions that day... They sent me text message confirmations for the appointment a few weeks out and then she called saying they had to postpone the surgery because of something to do with the surgery center, so she reschedules me to the end of June, the 21st or something similar, Then again we get the confirmation messages and again they call two weeks before to tell us they have to postpone again, this time because the doctor is going on vacation ... REALLY ? You can't plan with more notice ? So they schedule is for July 12th ... Again more assurances that the email is on the way... Middle of June rolls around and I receive papers from
