Worst experience ever. I stayed here for 10 days for work. The staff is completely incompetent. It over 30 minuets to check in because they cancelled my reservation because I didn't check in on time. My flight was delayed and I didn't think to call and let them know. I did arrive on the same day I was supposed to just a few hours late. The rooms were clean and chamber staff was pleasant( they got the 1 star back). Since they canceled my reservation I ended up with a twin bed. Now over 2 weeks later I'm being charged for my room and my co-workers room. Our rooms were prepaid by our company. The company has been charged and now charged again in addition to my personal card now being charged. So that's triple billing. I have called at least 12 times managed to actually get a manager once and left messages every other time. The one manager I did speak with promised he removed one of the charges and was working on the other and would call me back...... big surprise no call back and both charges still on my card. Also don't even ask about parking it was $90.00 a day to park almost 3 blocks away. What an awful place spend your money somewhere else anywhere else. I would sleep in the train station instead of going back here.
