I've never received such bad customer service in my life and once a waiter dropped a whole pitcher of water on my guests.
After spending two full days and over 50 dollars in uber rides, my roommate and I went to get her ALL READY PAYED FOR iPhone X. Once we arrived to the store, a sales rep named Jen was very rude to us before we even explained our situation. She was snappy and unhelpful and overall just rude. With countless sales reps there, you would think someone else could help us. But no, therefore I decided to go get a Jamba Juice which was next door to Verizon. Verizon closes at 7 and I came back at 7 while my roommate was still getting helped.
Jen then came to the door and mouthed something to me which I found very disrespectful and she locked me outside of the Verizon. It was not like I was a new customer. I was waiting for my roommate as she needed a new phone because hers was broken to the point she couldn't open it.
They made me sit outside in a bad area for 30 minutes. I then called Verizon customer service to complain. My roommate later informed me that they still were rude to her during the time I was locked out.
All the employees were chatting and just playing on their phones. She ended up not getting her iPhone and we both went home and came back the next day.
When we came back, jen and her coworkers had gossiped about everything that had happened. Each employee treated us with disrespect and said "oh your the ones"
We still didn't get her iPhone and jen was very rude to my roommates father on the phone. The father spent so much time talking to customer service and each time customer service said the store was being ridiculous and should have helped us.
We then came back again and were treated badly again until Vanessa helped us. If you for some reason have to come to this store I urge you to go to vanessa. She was friendly and fantastic.
I don't know how this store is still open as so many customers had similar issues and all the reviews on here are horrible. Something really needs to be done as we have spent a total of 5 hours here and the store put us in danger, neglected us, gossiped about us and laughed, and wasted our money.
