  • What really upset me on this visit was the lack of customer service at the end of my shopping. There were NO cashiers. None. Just the self checkouts....when I asked someone in the kids clothes if they knew why there weren't any lanes open/why....she looked around and looked a little shocked but then shrugged and said she'd "call" my friend ended up going to the self checkout because we didnt have time to wait. The woman helping at the self checkouts was way too overbearing and kept acting like she was participating in our private conversation it was very strange. I'm just visiting so I'm not going to be a frequent shopper, but as someone who is a MN native, the holy grail of Target and target corporate, the experience was less than stellar.
