  • It is 10:30pm on a Monday. I read in advance this establishment is open until last flight but I'm quite sure it's closed. I say quite sure because there is a man behind the counter but he has ignored us for 5 minutes and my inquest to if they are still open. He went to the back, I thought perhaps to get another employee to help but he came out a few minutes later, now there's other potential patrons looking to order but we're just being ignored. Dude if you're closed just say so. We literally asked. About to head onto a 16 hour flight without our burger cravings satisfied. Not cool.
