  • I had the best experience here! It started with the dress appointment! I felt special and cared for with Braiden, much like a princess! I found the perfect dress at a spectacular price! She had great opinions, was concerned about me, and went above and beyond to make it a special day! Braden's manager was also great, although I don't remember her name as it's been awhile since getting my dress. A pretty brunette lady. She had so many ideas to share with me and was genuinely concerned about my happiness. Then when I went to get alterations, I met Janet! She is the biggest sweetheart in the world! She is very professional and amazing at what she does! She took so much time to perfect my alteration and listened my life story, responding with the deepest empathy! I feel I have a friend here and actually felt sad to leave. The dress is a dream come true and the alterations just perfect to the T! Janet went so above and beyond as well, she didn't rush and took the time to really make me feel loved and happy with the dress! I'll be coming back with wedding pictures just because I miss her! You don't have to give service like this, but it is her passion! David's bridal you have a winner here, she represents! I would recommend David's Bridal from the top of the mountains! I would suggest moving Janet up the ladder, you absolutely can't go wrong there! Repeat customers for life that feel throughly cared for, winning! And yes, I'm obsessed with these fantastic people! I get excited when I see passion! Btw, your dress selection is so accommodating to all pocketbooks and they are all so beautiful and diverse! This location I prefer. I had been to another one somewhere in Scottsdale. This location is ran perfectly and then some! Thanks David Bridal, my wedding is going to be a dream!
