  • Staff, if you can get someone to help you, are not very friendly or helpful. It is disorganized and chaotic. The one pottery that was done was not ready the day it was promised. I checked three times about the pick-up day because the item was for a Father's Day gift, and I was assured of the day and time I could pick it up. It was late by 3 days and I did not receive a courtesy call letting me know about the delay. Instead, I found out after I drove all the way there. I will not be returning nor recommend it to anyone.
