Germans were 41% of the Wisconsin population during the 1930s. They left us this great restaurant with 15 german beers on tap (try the Hacker Pshorr Maibock). The big standards look excellent ... I had the Jaegerschnitzel, sauerkraut and spaetzel - no room for the potato pancakes but I'll be back for those. Everyone ordering dinner gets a bonus pretzel with raw horseradish and hot mustard. This place is a keeper -
