  • I will never do business with Smith's pharmacy ever again! It's ridiculous that you can't even get your medication from these people not only when it's prescribed for but because I picked it up a day later last time? I don't remember picking it up late and there is no way to really prove when I actually picked it up so I'm told but I can say that if I did it was because I was sick as a dog with the flu last month and had to call my daughter to go get it for me. Now it's 29 days before you can get your refill so that means for all you older folks who don't feel well enough to go get it the day before then you'll run out of your medicine or maybe you drop your medication like I do and can't find it that also means you will eventually be out of medicine and will not be able to get it from these people unless your doctor calls and lets face it we live in a city where there is one doctor for every what 1000 patients? Today is the last straw for me. The staff is never polite, they told my husband to pick up my meds on the 16th, you drive down there and now its oh no not till tomorrow. Sometimes I even get told we don't have enough to fill your entire script. I will start calling around and find a different pharmacy. I am now willing to drive out of my way to pick up my medicine just so these people never receive my business again! It's always something with these people, I'm surprised I ever get my medicine at all! I don't know what Ceo genius made the pharmacy rules but I can guarantee you it's someone who's never been sick!!
