  • This company was called for one of our customers today at 11am. It is now 2:51pm and they are claiming it will be ANOTHER 90 minutes. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I have never had a single customer of ours be happy with the service they were given. It is VERY common for them to say, "we couldn't find you" so they can buy themselves more time to make you wait. Worst customer service from the dispatchers and drivers. **UPDATE** I had my customer use another company and cancel the service with Charity after waiting almost 4 hours. The driver still showed up and after my customer explained to the driver he cancelled, the driver said, "Well kiss my ass then". Like I and MANY others have said in reviews, stay away - stay farrrrrrrrr away. I would push my car 100 miles before calling this company. STAY AWAY!
