  • I had a very pleasant experience. The gal behind the counter greeted me immediately & got me all signed in. They even chatted with my son, which was very sweet. I got called back within 10 minutes of arriving. This probably took longer than usual as I had an extensive workout that was requested & lots of labels needed to be organized. Michelle, who did the blood draw, was very friendly & helped ease my anxiety over all those tubes. Very well done! I haven't received results yet, as my visit was just yesterday.. so I can't speak on the efficiency of results yet. But, as for the lab experience, it was great! Edit: 6/11/2017 Due to not storing blood at correct temperatures, I had to go back and redo some of the testing. It was very inconvenient & should never have happened. Changing from 5 star to 2 star. I decided to go to a different Sonora Quest location & so far I'm getting my results (not all are in yet).
