  • I wouldn't go back. The only good thing about it is you can stuff your face for only $16/person. However, there is always a line (half the store is reserved for the non-korean bbq customers, of which we saw NONE) because the space is used inefficiently. Almost all of the meats were very bland, until we added this oil concoction that was already at the table. No server offered us any advice on using the oil, nor did they even notice our oven wasn't lit when we had meat on it, until we said something. Very inattentive servers, most didn't seem to speak or understand English. Even the salad that comes with the all you can eat was very bland. And then I find out they charge an automatic gratuity on parties of only 4 or more. And guess what, the tip is added ON TOP OF the total AFTER tax. That fact is what pushed me over the edge. It's one thing to charge gratuity on such a small group, then to have to pay it for poor service, and then to find out it was charged IN ADDITION TO the taxed amount?!?! Very uncool and unfair. Like I said, I wouldn't go back. BTW, we thought Korean BBQ meant the bone -in short ribs (Kalbi). Apparently even the meat called "short ribs" on the all you can eat menu, is NOT that. It is instead a fairly bland-tasting meat with no bones.
