  • Excellent location...across the street from St. Lawrence Market, 10 minute walk to Union Station, blocks from King streetcar. Nice, open space with decent furniture. Great common area for socializing, holding open meetings, and hosting meetups/group meetings. Major issues they're still working out: 1. Need to fix heat. Our team members are literally wearing jackets and scarves all day. 2. Need more meeting rooms. With desks and office capacity for 70+ people, you would expect a number of shared meeting rooms, phone booths, etc. Unfortunately there is only 1 boardroom and 1 phone booth. All other rooms have been rented as private offices. 3. Need better internet/wifi. Connection speed is mediocre (6Mbps down/8Mbps up this morning), wifi signal strength inconsistent, many ethernet ports not connected to network. For a coworking space for digital companies where VOIP is common (especially in the absence of meeting rooms with phones) and screaming fast internet is a staple, there's still lots of work to be done.
