| - There's a reason all of the "real" reviews are 1 star. This company sucks.
Scheduled to get my service turned on a few days in advance, had an appointment date confirmed in email.
Date comes (it was a Friday) - no service tech, no notification, no communication of any kind.
So now I have no hot water, can't cook over the weekend. Awesome.
So I'l call their help line and get some assistance, right?
Nope, only weekdays from 8am-5pm. God forbid you have a job or anything like that. Or nobody shows up for their appointment with an ALL DAY WINDOW, so you don't even have the option to contact the company when it's missed to get some help.
Monopolies suck, and this one is no different. When you have only one company able to provide a service, there's no competition and they have 0 reason to care.
If you somehow have an option, i.e. new building or replacing appliances, ditch the gas and this horrible, horrible company, and move to an option that's not nearly as terrible.
