  • I give this place 0 stars. We come in here almost every weekend and the chemicals are horrible. Walking in and out they hurt our noses and caused us to get headaches. The poor dogs and cats all look so miserable sneezing, a few had chemicals in their eyes, and tried to be told that a couple of dogs are just scared but they were vicious charging at the glass when looking at kids. I hope these pets get homes but they need people working here that are more knowledgeable in how to clean with bio-chemical no scent cleaners like other pet stores instead of bleach mixtures. And more caring for the pets as everytime we've gone in no pets or treats being given and they push them back roughly to get them away when they open the pens. Just right now one of the workers fringed a very young pup to get him away when all it wanted was loves!
