I purchased a groupon to enjoy a trolley pub experience in Charlotte with my friends this weekend. I was really like looking forward for this event. Unfortunately, my significant other fell ill yesterday and has yet to feel better. Normally I would let this go but I'm rather upset that nowhere in the email did it say I had 48 hours to reschedule. In fact, your business made it seem like it wouldn't be difficult to reschedule or cancel should we need to do so. As a customer and a new resident to Charlotte, I feel offended that whoever I talked to on the phone didn't have any compassion and help me find a resolution. Instead it looks like I'll be losing 32.00. Which is very upsetting. Anyway. I wanted to contact you to let you know I'm quite disgruntled this afternoon. I'm sure it's a fun experience.
