  • Wish I could give this company negative stars! Do NOT subscribe to this service. Zero customer service e after you have it installed!! Zero help if you call online-they wanted me to hire a handyman to fix the problem!! Unbelievable!! Well, so Andrew chose to reply in such a way that I cannot get in touch with him. Alarm went off yet again tonight. If I had some way of contacting ""Andrew" rather than vice versa, perhaps he could help. Such is so called customer service with ADT. Andrew.. Call me. I need your assistance.
