I originally posted a very negative review of this company.
Although they do have internal issues which David (general manager?) said he would address, David did refund me an hour labor time from a move which should have taken no longer than four hours maximum and took six.
David called me personally within an hour of my original posting. That shows that they are concerned with making things right, and reiterates my feeling that if you don't make your negative experience known, nothing will make it right. Good for them.
