  • I went to Jackson's on Saturday 5-7-16. When I arrived the guys that were to greet you to get the process started were busy playing around and it took 10 minutes for me to get help. While I was waiting a gentleman from the oil change department asked me if I needed an oil change. When I told him no, he just walked away. Still, no help. Eventually a guy assists me with selecting a wash, however his only mission was to convince me to cancel my Clean Freak membership. After I convince him I wouldn't assisted me with my wash selection. When my car was done the wash was HORRIABLE. I had to wonder my own windows and the interior was not clean. They may have vacuumed it, and that was it. Basically my experience was bad, I would not recommend to anyone..... Now I know why this wash has a one star rating.
