  • This Toyota dealership is the best. I had the hardest time with my Prius C since I purchased it. Somehow my charcoal canister broke and Toyota Avondale wanted to charge me $1000. They told me my warranty didn't cover it. When I took it to this dealership a guy named Craig told me he would look into it. When he called me back he said that most likely they will be able to replace it for free under my warranty. I was so happy! They even washed my car for me. Later that day I got a call from Craig and he said they were going to replace it next week! I am so thankful. They really saved me a lot of money. Also another plus about this place is the facility is really nice. They have a coffee machine that you can pick what kind you want (dark,medium etc), treats, and a really comfortable waiting area. This place is worth going to. Do not go to Avondale or the one in Peoria because they are terrible.
