  • Worst nail place ever!! I must say this was my first time getting acrylic nails and it was a terrible experience. I came in with an idea of kind of nails I wanted, I even had a picture of them. I showed the guy that did my nails exactly what I wanted I even left me phone on the table for reference, to me it didn't seem so complicated it was pretty simple, he gave me the ok and we started my nails. First off when he was getting ready to lengthen them he asked me how long I wanted them and I said as short as possible (bc I was not used to nails) he then processed to leave them on longer than I expected, I then asked him if he could shorten them a little bit more and suddenly he gave me attitude telling me that they were going to be no room to do any work so I just said ok ur the expert I'll just let them be. After that he started to work on the art, It didn't seem too relevant to the photo so I again reminded him that I wanted it like the photo on my phone. He immediately jumped at me and told me that it wasn't going to be exactly like the photo that this way was better and to trust him (ok first of all if he would've told me he couldn't do this design in the first place before we started the nails then I would've understood and said ok let's try another design then, 2nd of all aren't I the customer shouldn't he be listening to what I want since I'm paying for these nails?!) anyways I didn't want to make a big scene so I just went a long with it bc they're just nails what could go wrong. We then got to the ring finger which was just images of bananas and clear coat I once again said "I want it just like the photo, exactly" when all of the sudden he started to add glitter without even my consent saying "it'll make it pop" I was just annoyed by this point and I'm not a complainer and I don't like to complain and make scenes but what was the worst part is that when he told me he was done and I saw them they were so sloppy tbh I could've done the same job if they were gonna be like that, some places were already chipped and I hadn't even touched anything I was so unhappy I went back saying I just wanted a refund or to just take them off no charge and the owner told me no that she could just repaint them, I asked for a simple French Tip and the same thing occurred it's like they literally don't listen to a single word you say at that point I was over it and just wanted to leave two days later I took them off I couldn't stand them. Don't waste ur time here, the only reason I came here was bc I had a gift card I knew from the beginning this a sketchy salon.
