  • Do not be decieved by the nice interior, this store had my friend and I waiting 20 minutes for a single quarter pounder and two large fries.No one was there when we first walked in. As we waited, five other orders and many drive thru orders were taken care of but my order was not complete. The order was put in at 12:30 and did not get our cold burger (but at least hot fries)until 12:50. I was asked once if we had our food, we didn't. I don't know who was the manager, but no one took any responsibility and the man in a grey shirt that was 'helping us just said that "other people were taking my fries", but for 20 minutes without any ready fries and the burger just "put on the warmer" (yea he said that). The staff was messing around and joking the whole time, which is fine and all but when the job isn't getting done, it's not okay. My friend and I both work in the food industry, we know how it works and I know others that work at different McDonalds locations. I've never been to a location with such a trashy staff. If I could've given it one star, I would've. A waste of our time and our money. No refund was offered or any sort of compensation. Just an offer to change our order.
