rev:text	Can I cut that 1 star in half? I do NOT recommend this place! First, they lie about the service purchased (groupon) and tell you that there is an additional cost if you want to have what you purchased. I purchased a cut with all over color and they told me that was a root touch up only, that it really isn't "all-over". I told them prior to scheduling I had a groupon with cut/ALL OVER color and not sure who I spoke with but the girl was nice telling me about the brands they have and how much she believes in the color outcome. Great, I was excited for my appt. However when I got there, the girl was rude (Kristen?) saying I was the only person who didn't understand their language that 'all over' means roots only. I asked why I wasn't told on the phone or why the groupon doesn't mention roots and she said we like to explain it in person. After putting up a fight for 15 minutes, she put a toner on my hair. She didn't bother to ask me ANYTHING! What color I wanted or what I liked. When I asked about what she put on my hair, she said I know what I'm doing, it's a science. Ok... Seriously, do not waste your time, energy, money or breath going here. This place is ridiculous and should not be in business! And for the outcome, well, my hair looks pretty much the same. I had to fix the cut myself at home and the color didn't change. It's the exact same color with the red tones I asked to have cancelled out and I can still see some gray hairs coming through. No surprise.
